Its been a while…………but our Reiki Shares are starting again.  Our next Share is Mon 15 Sept, The Norman Suite, Clontarf Castle 7-10pm, cost €20.

The foundation of our Reiki practice is self practice, it’s good for us, keeps us steady so this is how we start our evening.

We then send Distant Reiki.

Finally we give and receive a Reiki treatment.

This is a calm evening and is open to anyone who has completed, a minimum, of Reiki for Beginners (Reiki 1).

The Share is a great way to connect, or if it’s been a while, to re-boot your Reiki practice and, of course, to meet up with friends.
