Reiki 2 focuses on the Reiki Symbols and sending Distant Reiki.

You will learn:

• The Symbols. The description and meaning and usage of the Symbols and their Mantras.
• Sending Distant Reiki

The Symbols are teaching tools for students to use while giving Reiki treatments.  They also give versatility to your practice.

Symbols are also used for passing on attunements.  It is the attunement that gives the Symbols the power to connect you to the Universal Life Force, which is the source of Reiki.

The Reiki Symbols are partly based on the Japanese writing system, Kanji.

Another use of the Symbols is to send Reiki long distance, that is to someone not physically present with you.

Confusing to the rational mind!  Not so strange really. Many of us would say a prayer, or light a candle for someone who is unwell or going through a rough time even though they are not present with them.  It’s a way of connecting with them and wishing them well.

Distant Reiki is the same concept.

The hand placements are the same as Reiki 1.

Reiki 2 is taught over two days with a follow up meeting within a month.  This is to have a chat about your Reiki experience and to ask any questions that may be on your mind.You will give and receive a Reiki treatment and also receive your Reiki Certificates.
