Reiki for Beginners.  This is the first level of Reiki and is suitable for anyone of any age.  Put simply Reiki is the transfer of energy from one human being to another. At this Beginners Level you will learn

• how to practice Reiki
• be linked to the Reiki Energy
• taught the hand placements in order to give a reiki treatment to yourself and others
• learn the History of Reiki
• The Five Reiki Principals
• and look at the role the Chakras play in a Reiki treatment

The course takes place in Clontarf Castle.
