Our next Reiki Share is on Thursday 30 January in Clontarf Castle 7-10pm.  Cost €20

After the buzz of Christmas and New Year its nice to fall still and turn our attention inwards as we give and receive Reiki.

The foundation of our Reiki practice is self-practice, so this is how we start our evening while listening to soothing music.

We then send Distant Reiki

Finally we give and receive a Reiki treatment to each other – the best bit of all!!

This is a quiet, calm evening and is open to anyone who has completed, minimum, Reiki for Beginners (Reiki 1). The Reiki Share is a great way to connect, or if its been a while, re-connect with Reiki and to meet up with friends.
