Reiki for Beginners is the first level of Reiki and is easy to learn.  This simple hands on practice is suitable for anyone of any age. It is a tool for self care as it promotes deep relaxation.

At the Beginners Level you will:

1.  be linked to the Reiki Energy

2.  taught the hand placements in order to give a Reiki treatment to yourself, family and friends

3.  look at the Chakra System and the role it plays in a Reiki treatment

4.  learn the History of Reiki

5.  and the Five Reiki Principals
